Slide & OTS Winter 2025 – Sponsorship Opportunities

There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities at Slide & OTS Winter 2025:

• • (RESERVED) Sponsorship of Networking Drinks Reception at the café on the first evening  – 7^th January 6pm – 8pm – £2,500 This is a very popular get together for exhibitors and visitors with around 150 people in attendance – you will get:
    • Slide & OTS Winter 2025 Networking drinks in partnership with xxxx – this will be announced on mailers to our list of over 1,500 e-mails, social media, press release, show website.
    • Logo on the website under ‘What’s On’ page
    • Social media post about the sponsorship on the Slide & OTS Winter and OTS platforms
    • Mention in the SIGB member newsletter and social media
    • Banners and display branding on-site during the Slide & OTS Winter drinks session and promotional leaflets / stickers on the tables (if needed)
    • Opportunity to welcome / address the audience at the Networking Session (AV not included)
  • (RESERVED) Sponsorship of branded show lanyards – logo on all lanyards combined with Slide & OTS Winter logo – £1,500
  • Sponsorship of the Sustainability Breakfast  – Wednesday 8^th January at 7am – £2,000– new for this year – unlimited number of attendees!
    • Named sponsor of the Sustainability Breakfast.
    • Logo on all material issued about the Sustainability Breakfast – mailers, website, timetable, programme.
    • Announcement by mailer to database of retailers, social media and press release.
    • Sustainability Breakfast page on the website with link to your website.
    • Option to be the first speaker at the breakfast (topic needs to be relevant and approved by the committee)
    • Welcome to all attendees
    • Branding during the breakfast – banners, flags.
    • Logo and link to your website on all communication with pre-registered attendees.
    • Slide & OTS Winter 2025 are also looking for speakers for the sustainability breakfast – so if you have a sustainability story that will provide the audience with some take-aways or if you know of a company, charity etc with a powerful sustainability angle, please get in touch with the details. Suggestions will be evaluated in time to launch the agenda in late November.
  • Water stations sponsor – branding on water stations around the halls (please note: sponsor will need to provide relevant branding for the water stations) – £1,000
    • Next year the number of water stations around the show will be increased, so this sponsorship provides four branding opportunities across key areas in the halls.
  • Charging stations sponsor – charging stations and branding at all seated areas – £500
  • Logo on “You Are Here” boards around the show (high visibility via three boards, positioned in main entrance, hall 1 and hall 2) – £700
  • Table stickers with your logo / branding across the tables at the café – 10 circular stickers of 500mm diameter each – £600 (including production)
  • Four sided totem with your own branding/design to be located in a prominent area around the show  – dimensions 2.5m height x 1m wide) £1,200 (including production)
